Manual 3: Workstation & C-Cloud Integration

1. Accessing the Workstation

1Scan: Use your CPC Digital Card to initiate the workstation sequence.
2Identification: Enter your Phone Number and click Start.
3Security Handshake: Click the Hand Icon. Here, the system queries the C-Cloud; enter your in put 4 to locate your specific cloud partition.
4Environment: Click on Note or Agenda to define your workspace mode.
5Authentication: Click Sign Up to register your initial profile, then return to the login screen to enter.
6Success: Your workspace is now open and synced with the cloud.
7Security Management: Use the Side Navigation to update or change your password at any time.

SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE NOTE

The 4-digit security code is the unique identifier the system uses to locate your data within the C-Cloud. Without this 4-digit number, the system cannot map your phone identity to your stored files.

Click Make Agreement. Fill out the purpose and terms to generate a legally structured digital contract.

9. Cloud Storage Vault

Click View Agreement. Use the search bar to instantly retrieve agreements stored in your C-Cloud directory.
